1. When you place an order for online currency exchange, your rate is locked the moment your order is confirmed and further fluctuations in the rate does not affect your locked rate.
2. In case you call us to book your currency, we can lock in the rate for you for 2 business days. You can then come to our store within these 2 business day’s time and pick up the money at the agreed rate.
3. You can only lock in the rate for buying foreign currency from Worldex and not to sell foreign currency to us.
